On 30 November 2023 we commenced the Review of the AER exemptions framework for embedded networks, which includes a revised draft and then final Network Exemption Guideline, and accompanying decision documents.

On 31 October 2022, the AER published its draft Network Exemptions Guideline (version 7). 

Interested stakeholders were invited to make submissions on our draft Network Exemptions Guideline (version 7) by 9 December 2022 and the consultation period is now closed. We are in the process of assessing the submissions received, and thank all stakeholders who provided feedback.
