On 6 March 2023, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) amended Elanor Funds Management Limited (Elanor Funds) ATF Tweed Heads Property Trust's Instrument of Exemption for Tweed Mall corners Wharf and Bay Street, Tweed Heads NSW 2485, to reflect the correct ABN for Elanor Funds. No additional amendments have been made to the Instrument of Exemption.
