On 14 March 2024, AusNet Services submitted an application to the AER under clauses 6A.7.3 and 11.6.21 of the National Electricity Rules for a positive pass through of easement land tax for the amount of $55,787,044 ($2024-25, GST exclusive).
The AER has determined that the proposed pass through amount is appropriate and meets the rule requirements. We consider that the pass through amount should be recovered by AusNet Services in 2024–25.
