On 7 June 2024, the AER published the final decision on the proposal to make a new Annual Compliance Order (ACO) for gas pipeline service providers.

The final decision includes the final ACO and response template. It also includes an explanatory note that summarises the issues raised in our consultation process on the draft decision and contains our responses to these issues.

The new ACO commences on 1 July 2024.
