The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Retail Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to conditions.

The exemption applied to energy sales to residential customers. It required exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
From 16 January 2026, exemptions for this site were registered by THE TRUSTEE FOR YCYM FAMILY TRUST / ABN 63 976 280 046.
