AER final decision
On 21 May 2026, we published our final decision on the revenue that AGN can recover through its reference tariffs for the 2026–31 regulatory control period.
Background
A regulated network business must periodically apply to us to determine the maximum allowed revenue it can recover from consumers for using its network. In assessing these proposals, it is our role to ensure that consumers pay no more than is necessary for an energy system that delivers safe, reliable, secure energy that contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
