The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline) and was subject to a number of conditions.

Exemption class applicable conditions.
The exemption applied to energy sales to residential customers. It required exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
Before 16 October 2024 exemptions for this site were registered by Opal Gardens Pty Ltd / ACN 147 151 648.
From 15 July 2026, exemptions for this site were registered by VANTAGE OPCO PTY LTD / ABN 95 673 782 520 and QA BUILD SOLAR & ELECTRICAL PTY LTD / ABN 99 659 467 099.
