AER - Explanatory Note - AER Compliance Procedures and Guidelines for gas pipelines - 22 October 2024

On 22 October 2024, the AER published its draft decision on the AER Compliance Procedures and Guidelines (Procedures and Guidelines) for gas pipelines. The draft comprised of an updated draft of the Procedures and Guidelines, a version of this updated draft that tracked all changes made to the proposed draft and an Explanatory Note. The Explanatory Note outlined our proposed changes and reasoning, and our responses to the issues raised in the stakeholder forum and the written submissions.
