AER - Comparison between Procedures and Guidelines draft decision and final decision - AER Compliance Procedures and Guidelines for gas pipelines - 17 December 2024

On 17 December 2024, the AER published its final decision on the proposal to make the AER Compliance Procedures and Guidelines (Procedures and Guidelines) for gas pipelines. The final decision includes the final version of the Procedures and Guidelines, a version of the final Procedures and Guidelines that tracks all changes made to the updated draft from the draft decision and an Explanatory Note. The Explanatory Note outlines our changes and reasoning, and our responses to the issues raised in the written submissions.
