On 4 April 2025, the AER published its determination for a positive pass through of easement land tax in 2025–26 of $61,297,419 ($nominal, GST exclusive). AusNet Services can adjust its maximum allowed revenue (through an increase in transmission prices) in 2025–26 by this amount in accordance with the revenue determination.
