On 14 March 2025, The Trustee for Energy Bay Oscar Fund and Stockland Trust Management Limited were issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipients:

• have satisfactorily addressed the requirements of the Network Exemptions Guideline; and

• are eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Willawong Distribution Centre, Gooderham Road, Willawong QLD 4110.
