On 3 December 2024, Ponticello Properties and Microgrid Power Pty Ltd were issued with a Notice of acceptance confirming that the recipients:

• have satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline;
• and are eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Acacia Marketplace Shopping Centre, 1150 Beaudesert Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110.
