On 4 December 2024, Strath Village Shopping Centre Body Corporate and Microgrid Power Pty Ltd were issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipients:

• have satisfactorily addressed the requirements of the Network Exemptions Guideline; and

• are eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at 
Strath Village Shopping Centre, 134 Condon Street, Bendigo VIC 3550.
