On 1 August 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from The Trustee for Energy Bay Oscar Fund for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Glendale City Centre.

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on The Trustee for Energy Bay Oscar Fund individual exemption application for Glendale City Centre by COB Friday, 29 August 2025.

Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:

• clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and 

• provide a non-confidential version of the submission
