The Trustee for Energy Bay Oscar Fund application for individual retail exemption Glendale City Centre

On 1 August 2025 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from The Trustee for Energy Bay Oscar Fund for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Glendale City Centre 387 Lake Rd, Glendale NSW 2285. We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on The Trustee for Energy Bay Oscar Fund’s application by 29 August 2025.
