The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions attached to the R5 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 20 March 2026 the AER received notice of the cancellation for this registration as the registrant is no longer selling energy at the site.
