On 25 June 2025 Ram Property Nominees Pty Ltd and Microgrid Power Fund 1 Pty Ltd were issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register a network exemption confirming that the recipients: 

• have satisfactorily addressed the requirements of the Network Exemptions Guideline; and

• are eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Windaroo Shopping Centre, 2 Carl Heck Boulevarde, Windaroo QLD 4207.
