• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline;
• and is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Lavington Square, 351 Griffith Road, Lavington, NSW 2641.
