On 29 August 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Riverside Plaza.

We are now seeking submissions for interested stakeholders on The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund's individual exemption application for Riverside Plaza by COB Monday, 29 September 2025.
