On 31 July 2025 IFM Real Estate Fiduciary Pty Ltd and Energy Intelligence Pty Ltd were issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register the relevant network exemptions in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Mill Park Village, the Lakes Boulevard and Gordons Road, South Morang VIC 3752.
