On 18 September 2025 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from ISPT Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Silkstone Village, 73 Blackstone Road, Corner Grange Road, Silkstone QLD 4304. We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on ISPT Pty Ltd’s application by 8 October 2025.
