AER final determination
On 17 July 2026, we released a final determination on APA’s advance capital expenditure proposal to expand Victoria’s gas transmission pipeline capacity.
Background
On 31 October 2025, we received an application from APA under rule 80 of the National Gas Rules (NGR) seeking an advanced determination for its capital expenditure for the Victorian Transmission System (VTS). APA's application is to support investment to expand the South West Pipeline.
