On 14 November 2025, the AER released notices on whether to amend or replace the current Framework & Approach papers (F&A) for Transgrid, Electranet and Murraylink.
The F&A is the first step in the regulatory determination process and determines among other things, how the AER will set prices for electricity transmission services and the application of any incentive schemes.
We invite energy consumers and other interested parties to make submissions on the F&A papers by Friday, 12 December 2025.
