On 21 November 2025, the AER accepted an application from the trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for Ballina Central, 44 Bangalow Road, Ballina NSW 2478.
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on the trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund’s application by COB Friday, 19 December 2025.
