AGN is required to submit to the AER for approval a reference service proposal 12 months prior to submission of its access arrangement for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2031. We received AGN's reference service proposal on 1 June 2024.

Under the National Gas Law and the National Gas Rules, the AER has the function of reviewing and approving the terms of AGN's access arrangement proposal (due by 1 July 2025). Interested stakeholders are encouraged to consider the indicative dates for key milestones.
