Following the process set out in section 10.1 of the AER Retail Exempt Selling Guideline, we are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Elanor Funds Management Limited ATF Tweed Heads Property Trust’s application to cancel the exemption by COB Friday, 9 January 2026.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to cancel Elanor Funds Management Limited ATF Tweed Heads Property Trust’s exemption.
