The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Network Exemptions Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 31 October 2025, exemptions for this site were registered by Big Boom Property Investment Pty Ltd / ABN 11 099 620 943 and Watts Energy Pty Ltd / ABN 49 109 968 032.
From 31 October 2025 until 24 June 2026 WATTS ENERGY PTY LTD / ABN 49 109 968 032 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption. This exemption as it applied to WATTS ENERGY PTY LTD was effective from 31 October 2025 to 24 June 2026.
