On 13 February 2026, the AER accepted an application from Canberra Centre Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the Canberra Centre Investment Trust for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Canberra Centre.

We are now seeking submissions for interested stakeholders on Canberra Centre Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the Canberra Centre Investment Trust's individual exemption application for Canberra Centre by COB Friday, 13 March 2026.
