On 29 April 2025, Ergon Energy submitted its Annual Ring-fencing Compliance Report and Independent Assessment. These submissions are required by the AER's Ring-fencing guideline (electricity distribution).
The AER has assessed this report for compliance and will consider this report for any AER authored annual report on compliance.
