On 18 March 2026, the AER accepted an application from IFM REAL ESTATE FIDUCIARY PTY LTD for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Coolum Park.

We are now seeking submissions for interested stakeholders on the IFM REAL ESTATE FIDUCIARY PTY LTD individual exemption application for Coolum Park by COB, Friday 17 April 2026 .
