On 18 March 2026 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from IFM REAL ESTATE FIDUCIARY PTY LTD for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Coolum Park, 21 South Coolum Rd, Coolum Beach QLD 4573. We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on IFM REAL ESTATE FIDUCIARY PTY LTD’s application by 17 April 2026.
