On 20 March 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from IFM Real Estate Fiduciary Pty Ltd as trustee for IFM Retail Australia Property Trust (IFM) for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Deeragun Village, Bruce Highway, Deeragun QLD 4818. We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on IFM’s application by Tuesday, 21 April 2026.
