On 13 March 2026, Jemena Gas Networks (JGN) submitted a tariff variation notice and reference tariff schedule for its New South Wales gas distribution network for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

The tariff variation notice sets out JGN's proposed reference tariffs and demonstrates how they comply with the annual tariff variation mechanism under JGN's access arrangement. The reference tariff schedule sets out the specific rates that will apply to JGN's reference services from 1 July 2026.

We will assess JGN's tariff variation notice for compliance with our final decision on the 2025-30 access arrangement. JGN provided other documentation to support its proposal that will be used in our compliance assessment.
