The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Retail Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to conditions.

The registrant confirms that this site has been/will be retrofitted with explicit informed consent of 100% of affected tenants. For more information, refer to the Exempt Selling Guideline.
