On 26 May 2026, the AER approved a gas retailer authorisation application from Agora Gas Pty Limited.
Agora Gas Pty Limited is now authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on the application closed 24 April 2026. No submissions were received.
