On 2 July 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an gas retailer authorisation application from SUPA Energy Pty Ltd (SUPA) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). SUPA is now authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
