We have published the Framework and Approach for the 2028-33 revenue determinations of Transgrid, ElecraNet and Murraylink.
The Framework and Approach papers set out our approach to key elements of the 2028-33 revenue determinations, including:
- Which incentive schemes will apply, for example, to service quality, improvements in network reliability or capital and operating expenditure.
- Our approach to setting efficient expenditure allowances and the establishment of the opening regulatory asset base.
Framework and Approach papers are the first step in our process to determine efficient prices for transmission services.
Transgrid, ElectraNet and Murraylink will submit their regulatory proposals to the AER in January 2027.
