The Australian Energy Market Commission’s Updating the regulatory framework for gas connections rule change introduced mandatory charges for gas connection services and required relevant distributors to amend or submit Model Standing Offers for approval by the AER.
NGR Clause 119D(4)(6) under Schedule 1 creates an obligation for the AER to publish notice of our decision to approve or not to approve a proposed Model Standing Offer, together with reasons for the decision.
