On 21 August 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) published an application from Yurringa Energy Pty Ltd (Yurringa Energy) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
The AER is now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Yurringa Energy’s application by Monday 21 September 2026.
