Start your career doing work that matters. At the AER, you’ll work alongside energy experts and contribute to important work supporting Australia’s transition to net zero, while building the skills and experience to grow your career.
As an AER Graduate, you’ll complete three rotations across different teams and work areas over 12 months, giving you broad experience and insight into our work.
The role involves a range of tasks, including research and analysis, contributing to papers and recommendations, and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll also have access to formal and on-the-job training in areas such as investigation, regulation, communication, writing and other professional skills, as well as ongoing support throughout the program.
