The AER has considered applications from Microgrid Power and Next Business Energy to include an additional message, not required by the Better Bills Guideline (Guideline), among Tier 1 information (or on the front page) on their revised customer bills.
The AER has refused to approve the request to include business operating hours (the words 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday) among Tier 1 on Microgrid Power's and Next Business Energy's small customer electricity bills.
