On 30 October 2020, SA Power Networks submitted its Annual Ring-fencing Compliance Report and Independent Assessment. These submissions are required by the AER's Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing Guideline.
The AER will consider this report in preparing our Annual Ring-fencing Report 2019-2020 which assesses compliance with the Guideline by all relevant distribution businesses.
