Final decision
Back to topOn 12 August 2019, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Bright Spark Power Pty Ltd (Bright Spark Power) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). Bright Spark Power is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
