Overview

This first quarterly update provides an overview of key market and retail performance indicators for the ACT and Tasmania, including customer switching levels, customers experiencing payment difficulties, hardship, disconnections and reconnections, and complaints.

The AER will provide a more comprehensive report and analysis of retail market performance indicators, including energy affordability, in its Annual retail market performance report 2012-13 (to be published in November 2013).
