The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R2 class exemptions.

On 6 December 2019 the registrant advised that this exemption is no longer required.
Cancellation of registration
On 06 December 2019 the AER received notice from Zinkohl Pty Ltd / ABN 76 101 383 788 of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates or sells electricity at the site.
