AER - Customer Service Incentive Scheme Workshop Note - 6 & 13 November 2019

The AER invited stakeholders to attend workshops on the development of new incentives for customer service. In these workshops stakeholders discussed key aspects of a potential new customer service incentive scheme. In advance of the workshops the AER produced a discussion paper and slide pack. Following the workshops, the AER produced minutes which recorded the discussions.
