AER decision paper - RBP carbon negative cost pass through - May 2015

On 15 May 2015 APA Group submitted a revised negative cost pass through application to remove carbon from RBP reference tariffs. On 19 May 2015 the AER Board approved the revised negative pass through application. The AER's reasons are set out in the decision paper.
