AER draft decision - approach to compliance with the National Energy Retail Law, Rules and Regulations - December 2010

The  AER published its Draft Decision on its proposed approach to compliance and enforcement under the National Energy Customer Framework on 2 December 2010. The Draft Decision was accompanied by a Draft Statement of Approach and Draft Compliance Procedures and Guidelines.
