On 29 October 2015, we released our preliminary decision on United Energy’s distribution determination for the 2016-20 regulatory control period.

We also released a Fact Sheet on our review of United Energy’s proposal to accompany and summarise our preliminary decision. The purpose of this Fact Sheet is to make our decision accessible to a wide ranging consumer audience.
