On 13 February 2020, AusNet Services submitted an application to the AER for a positive pass–through of costs related to a change in easements tax payable to the Victorian Government. Its application submits that the amount it will recover (positive pass–through) from electricity users through an increase in transmission prices in 2020-21 will be $15,523,393.
